30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or similar reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or where required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Email us at support@zirmont.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if applicable. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene-related goods that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or items that cannot be safely or legally returned by mail
- Final sale items, where clearly marked before purchase

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If we ship merchandise to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
