We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging where possible, with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, return shipping is at your cost. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping or provide an appropriate solution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order on arrival. If there's a problem, email us at support@zirmont.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or video where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, opened personal care or hygiene items, gift cards, hazardous materials, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process it. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@zirmont.com.

EU Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Contact us within that window at support@zirmont.com.
