Return Shipping Costs
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, return shipping is at your cost. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping or provide an appropriate solution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order on arrival. If there's a problem, email us at support@zirmont.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or video where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, opened personal care or hygiene items, gift cards, hazardous materials, and final sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process it. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@zirmont.com.

Double Sleeping Pad for 2 — Self-Inflating, Dual Integrated Pillows & 40D Nylon TPU
This double self-inflating camping sleeping pad inflates via a built-in hand and foot press pump in seconds — no separate air pump or mouth inflation needed. It includes two integrated inflatable pillows — one per sleeper — and a quick-release vent valve that deflates it in approximately one second.
Arc-Cell Design, Wide 2-Person Surface & Compact Packed Size
The diamond arc-cell surface helps distribute body weight and reduce pressure points for both sleepers. At 78.7" × 47.2" / 200 × 120 cm inflated with 2" / 5cm pad thickness and 6.7" / 17cm pillow height, it fits two adults comfortably. Built from 40D nylon with a TPU seal layer — water-resistant, tear-resistant, and low-noise when turning over. Packs down to 13" × 5.5" / 33 × 14 cm at approximately 2.6 lb / 1.2 kg.
